De Rijn Meindert Zaalberg Early Crater Ball Vase

De Rijn Meindert Zaalberg Early Crater Ball Vase

De Rijn Zaalberg Early Crater Glazed Ball Vase

A hand turned ball vase made by Meindert Zaalberg made of red clay by De Rijn, Leiderdorp Netherlands.
An early off-white crater glaze over a brown background color.  The inside is even more beautiful in a gorgeous high gloss turquoise.
The base is marked with a De Rijn Leiderdorp Holland stamp and 694M. But the stamp is covered with glaze.  De Rijn is clear, from Leiderdorp you only see the last ‘p’, from Holland  you only see the last ‘nd’.
The condition is excellent.
